5) If You Decide Not to Accept the Order If you choose not to keep any item after inspection, or refuse the entire order:

• A shipping fee only will be charged to cover logistics and delivery costs.

• If you receive a wrong item or a clear manufacturing defect, Elleganza will cover all shipping costs for exchange or return.
