Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Any similar personal-use items

Beauty & Makeup Products Please confirm before opening:

Items must remain sealed and unopened to maintain product quality and safety.

If There's an Issue with Your Order If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • A missing item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, so we can review the issue and take the appropriate action.

Exchange & Return Policy After Delivery

  • Once the delivery agent has left, exchanges or returns can only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Shipping Costs

  • Elleganza covers shipping costs only when a wrong item is sent or a clear defect is found.
  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges or returns
