Exchange & Return Policy After Delivery
- Once the delivery agent has left, exchanges or returns can only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Shipping Costs
- Elleganza covers shipping costs only when a wrong item is sent or a clear defect is found.
